"Serving Older Adults and Adults with Disabilities

in the Holdingford Area Since 2000"

Our Bicycle Surreys -
Have you tried 'em yet?

We just recently changed sprockets on them and they are now about 25% easier to pedal. It's a great way to experience the Wobegon Trail behind out office here in Holdingford. We have volunteers to pedal for you if you'd like!

Caregiver Support

Our Caregiver Support Group is continuing next month on the Third Thursdays at 10 am at our office at 511 Main Street in  Holdingford.  The sessions are a time for caregivers - persons who are providing basic care for a loved one on a regular basis - to be able to share stories and struggles with other caregivers "in the same boat"!

 "Lunch Bunch"
This is something new we are providing. A chance to get out with friends and have a nice lunch together. We invite any older adult to join the Lunch Bunch any month you choose to go. Each month we will choose a different location to go to for lunch. It should be fun to check out the different places in our area. Check our newsletter each month for the date and location of the one in that month. Check Upcoming Events at this site for the next Lunch Bunch. They leave from our office at 11 am. We will provide transportation for those needing it. Yum-yum, let's eat!

Use of this Seal has been granted to us since 2006 in recognition that we have "Met All Standards" of accountability and transparency as a non-profit. We have been told that this is a rare achievement for a relatively small nonprofit organization and a strong statement of our dedication to our supporters.
