- “Accountability Standards” of the Charities Review Council: Financial Activity. We are in good shape on our financial policies and procedures.

- Reviewed Interview Questions.
- Suggest we add grant writing, change mileage reimbursement, reduced questions to 15.
- Reviews current applicants – we have received 10 applications, 3 withdrew.
- We have 5 scheduled for interviews so far of the 7 left.

- How do we reflect and include the population(s) we serve?
- We serve anyone of any gender, race, or creed.
- Our newsletter goes to all households in the area and also all church bulletins.
- We also go to all of these sources for board candidates.
- We have our brochure translated into Spanish.
- Our board reflects the people we serve in age, race, and gender.
- Bingo/Raffle at Holdingford Daze 2015
- Approved submitting to state for gambling permit
- Notify Judy of any potential prize donors.
- Surreys to Avon Spunktacular Days on June 20
- Approved our participation in this annual event
- 2015 Minnesota Age Odyssey on June 15-16
- Reserve two rooms at group rates
- “Nonprofit Strengthening” Celebration (CRC)
